Spotify founder urges change in Sweden to foster scaleups

Daniel Ek, entrepreneur and founder of Spotify, has written an open letter to the Swedish government. In it he identifies three key areas that require change in order to foster fast-growth new companies: availability of rented housing for young professionals, a greater commitment to education in programming and coding, and reform to the tax rules governing stock options.
