Scale Board for Chief Executives offer mentoring and peer-learning support. Each Scale Board consists of 8-12 like-minded Chief Executives from non-competing industries and meet offsite every month. At the Board meeting members share a strategic growth workshop and identify actionable strategies to bring back to their business. They also undertake to solve a strategic issue that is preventing one of the Members from scaling their business and can inspire others who may have a similar issue.
