Leadership Capacity
The Women in Leadership course covers core leadership challenges as well as specific issues for women leaders such as career management, influencing and communications. Delivered within the Priority Skills for D2N2 SMEs and Smart & Inclusive Leadership Programmes at NBS, the course is part-funded by the European Social Fund and is available to female leaders and managers, mainly in SMEs, Scale-Ups and Social Enterprises within D2N2.
