The Sustainable Scale-Up Cluster is a Welsh Government–funded programme delivered by BIC Innovation that supports Welsh food and drink businesses aiming to grow. It focuses on four main areas: increasing capacity, improving access to finance, developing skills and expertise, and managing growth risks. Participants work with peers and specialists to identify challenges, assess opportunities, and strengthen their operations for sustainable expansion.
