Founders4Schools (F4S)’ mission is to empower individuals in schools and small businesses with life-changing inspiration, experiences, and learning opportunities.

This is done through the creation and curation of world-class learning content, for students or employees of small businesses and charities, and by helping individuals, their employers and educational institutions monitor and verify advances in skills.

F4S supports young people to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, social and problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence, alongside an understanding of growing sectors with a focus on STEM, business, and finance.

It gives insights into roles available in these sectors, career paths, and educational and vocational routes into these careers. F4S also runs a number of initiatives such as the Maths4Girls (M4G) programme, which invites educators to bring female (and male) role models who work within maths-based sectors such as finance, computing, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) into the classroom.

To date, F4S has facilitated skill-enhancing connections for over 690,980 young people, 20,030 volunteers, mentors, and role models, and 25,000 entrepreneurs across the UK, as well as providing 180,000 hours of support to small businesses. Through its Superpower platform, 19,816 young people have been upskilled, many of them gaining their first experience in the workplace or an internship. F4S has also provided mentoring to 25,000 individuals working for small businesses.

Programmes like Digital Boost, OakNorth, Maths4Girls and Sustainable Futures continue to open better horizons for individuals aged from 6 to 60, contributing to quality education and reducing inequalities.

With an NPS score of 74, F4S continues to demonstrate strong positive impact and engagement across its community of learners, volunteers, and entrepreneurs.

I'd always come out of those sessions knowing exactly what to do next. It was personalised. It was real-time. It was actionable. I could get an answer that helped right then.
