The PG Cert Business Scale-Up & Leadership (Liverpool Business School, LJMU) is a 12-month part-time postgraduate qualification designed for professionals in scaling businesses. Delivered predominantly in two-day face-to-face blocks each month, supported by online learning, the programme combines applied business modules with leadership, strategy and innovation focus to enable responsible, sustainable scale-up. With modules covering scale-up leadership, applied business skills and operationalising growth, students engage in live business challenges, coaching and peer-learning to translate theory into action.
