The Business Women Scotland (BWS) Programme for Growth is a dedicated support pathway designed to help women-led and women-founded businesses in Scotland accelerate their journey from early traction to sustained scale. Focused on strengthening leadership capability, building commercial confidence and expanding market reach, the programme brings together expert-led workshops, targeted mentoring, and peer-to-peer learning to support founders as they navigate the transition from running a small business to leading a growing enterprise.
With an emphasis on investment readiness, strategic planning and growth execution, BWS equips participants with the practical tools, networks and insights required to break through common scaling barriers.
