Local LEP ScaleUp Programmes

Enterprise M3 offers a range of support to the region’s scaleups, identifying scaling potential across its wider business support offer and signposting on to key growth programmes. Eligible scaleups can access dedicated one-to-one expert support through a panel of experienced entrepreneurs spanning across sustainability, bid writing, digital marketing, property, manufacturing and engineering. In-house Growth Champions provide up to four hours preliminary coaching to ensure participants maximise the time they have with specialist support. Additionally, the LEP’s peer support programmes are specifically focused on female founders and tech business leaders. Clean energy opportunities can be accessed through a new Build Your Purpose, Build Your Business programme and targetted support for scaleups offering low carbon goods or services is available through Low Carbon Across the South and East (LoCASE) providing workshops and grants and through the Greentech South network helping them turn innovative, low carbon ideas into commercialised products and services. The LEP refers to other regional and national programmes including Innovate UK EDGE, the Apprenticeship Hub, Finance South East, DIT and Royal Holloway University.
