Growth Works gives strategic advice and support centred on workforce growth and development along with access to £9m in grants and funding to accelerate growth. Keep+ offers a range of match funded grants to support the development of innovative new products or services. The programme includes access to academic experts, opportunities to increase access to and improve awareness of potential markets in addition to support for innovation and business improvement. Participants work with leading academics, benefitting from their research and expertise. Further support comes in the form of £10,000 in grant funding to access consultants and researchers or meet capital costs.
