Invest NI’s scaling team works closely with a portfolio of 25 scaleups with turnover of more than £10m and cumulative sales of just over £990m. Targetted support for larger scaling companies include the International Leadership 4 Growth programme, delivered in collaboration with Enterprise Ireland and IESE Barcelona providing to export focused companies tailored business support; while additional one-to-one support is delivered by Client Managers including external market research and R&D support. Other scaleup support is provided through the Graduate to Export programme matching graduates with scaleups to complete a market research project; the Ambition to Scale & Leader Programme providing growth support; and Way to Scale that helps business CEOs build their confidence and leadership skills. Further support is available in the form of grants and partially funded training.
