Local LEP ScaleUp Programmes

The LEP works closely with partners to support them in designing business services that are based on extensive analysis and new programmes focused on scaleups will be continued in the coming year. Business leaders are supported by the Growth Hub with services including digital resources, telephone signposting to funding and a small team of dedicated business relationship managers who work with businesses face to face to help them to realise their ambitions.
In the past year the Growth Hub provided 2,069 hours telephone diagnostic support and 320 businesses received 12 hours face to face business support provided by a Business Relationship Manager with advice ranging from locating funding, marketing and business expansion.
