Jamie Hopkins, CEO of Workspace, has said that the property market (in London, in particular) and the real estate industry must adapt to meet the needs of scaling businesses. He notes that “access to business-class connected services, intelligent wifi and a secure, super-fast and resilient network” is the “most significant requirement” for fast-growth companies.
