Online Platforms and the Digital Single Market
The House of Lords has published its report on online platforms and the digital market. They argue that current regulators and regulations should be updated, rather than creating a new broad form of platform regulation. They call for reforms to competition law, greater transparency from platforms, and for a graded privacy kite mark.
