Rising rents in east London are creating challenges for scale-up businesses, notes this article in The Guardian. The increase in the number of flexible and affordable co-working spaces does mean more options but, as Reshma Sohoni of Seedcamp says, “it is tough to find space that is flexible for them to grow and do it fast. Getting multiple floors of office space within east London – that’s a very big challenge.”
