Bruntwood SciTech’s Alderley Park is the UK’s largest single-site life sciences campus, providing more than 1 million sq ft of high-specification laboratory and office space to a vibrant and fast-growing community of innovative businesses. Home to over 250 companies – from early-stage ventures to established scaleups and R&D-intensive corporates – the Park offers access to cutting-edge facilities, specialist sector networks, and national investor connections. It serves as a major hub for research, development, and commercialisation, supporting businesses as they progress from discovery through to scale.

Significant investment has expanded the breadth and depth of the innovation ecosystem, ensuring companies have the infrastructure, expertise, and funding pathways required to accelerate growth. The campus provides flexible coworking laboratories, fully serviced office space, and highly specialised scientific environments, including advanced bio-imaging, CL2 laboratories, in vivo research capabilities, and a range of GMP-ready spaces. These facilities are complemented by a strong pipeline of support and growth programmes.

Alderley Park hosts a number of accelerator, incubator, and scale-up support initiatives designed to help R&D-intensive businesses commercialise, build capability, and secure investment. These programmes draw on partnerships across industry, academia, professional services, and venture investors, offering structured mentoring, technical support, access to specialist facilities, and targeted routes into markets and funding. Together, these initiatives provide a comprehensive pathway for entrepreneurs and scaling companies to advance their technologies, build teams, and grow in the UK’s life sciences and technology sectors.

Alongside this, companies based at the Park and across the wider region benefit from access to aligned investment vehicles, including funds that typically provide between £50k and £2m to support product development, regulatory progression, and early commercialisation. Through this combination of infrastructure, expertise, and scale-up support, Alderley Park continues to drive the success of high-growth businesses and strengthen the UK’s position as a global leader in life sciences innovation.
