Businesses recruiting an apprentice will have a Training Provider who will provide guidance and support throughout the Apprenticeship programme. When an apprentice has been enrolled on their programme, they will be allocated a tutor or trainer (from the Training Provider) who will explain the Apprenticeship in detail; they will meet with businesses regularly to provide support and feedback.
