The Female Advisory Board (FAB) is the UK’s first all-female, cross-industry peer advisory group, established in 2023 to address the underfunding and under-support of women’s businesses.FAB provides a secure space for female entrepreneurs to connect and grow through shared experiences, offering confidential peer advisory groups, one-to-one mentoring sessions, and annual events.
The organization focuses on personal and professional development, aiming to empower female business leaders to scale their businesses and realize their full potential. By fostering a community of high-calibre business leaders, FAB is committed to changing the narrative and leveling the playing field for the global workforce.
