Helm, formerly The Supper Club, is a membership community for entrepreneurial founders and CEOs of high-growth businesses, offering peer learning, networking, and access to experts and inspirational speakers since 2003. Its hybrid model combines in-person events with a digital platform, fostering collective experience and support among its members. Helm’s three-pronged support approach—Business Growth, Better Growth, and Personal Growth—emphasizes business for good, health, wealth, and legacy.

The digital platform provides members with crowdsourced advice, curated introductions, and special interest groups, including one for leaders pursuing B Corp status. Members also have access to a library of expert-led events. Curated Forum groups, consisting of 6–8 founders and chaired by an experienced peer, meet ten times annually, acting as supportive non-executive boards. Helm offers personalized connections to help members overcome specific scaling challenges.

The community comprises over 400 members, with an average annual revenue of £21 million. Members have reported an average business growth of 80% since joining. Key benefits include valuable introductions (57%), opportunities for inspiration and personal growth (66%), time-saving insights (55%), and access to practical operational expertise (42%). Additionally, 19% have achieved or are pursuing B Corp status, and 55% have set sustainability goals.
