The HorizonMethod is a fast-paced, evidence-based approach at the core of all Horizon37 programmes. Developed through research with Cambridge Judge Business School and Cranfield School of Management, it supports scaling leaders, executive teams, boards, and investors in transforming leadership, commercialising innovation, and building value for successful business outcomes.
Tailored to time-constrained leaders, the HorizonMethod underpins a range of programmes that vary in duration and cost based on the challenges faced. Taking a whole-team approach, it ensures alignment on key objectives, fosters collaboration, and embeds a culture of growth.
Its bespoke tools include the Leadership Readiness Check, Leadership LaunchPad™ for personal leadership development, and Hey360™, a customised assessment delivering actionable, anonymised feedback. Expert leadership partners further support scaleups in becoming more resilient, agile, and investor-ready. HorizonMethod also works closely with venture capitalists and their portfolio companies with a focus on high-growth sectors including environment, energy, health and medical, fintech, deep tech, and space.
Since 2017, Horizon37 has supported 795 leaders from 338 scaling businesses, achieving an average annual employment growth rate of 63%. Participants report greater confidence in leadership performance and objective setting, while 118 businesses have collectively raised £1.5 billion.
Two key developments in the past year have strengthened the HorizonMethod. A new monthly subscription model offers a flexible and scalable way for businesses to access curated diagnostics, insights, group workshops, and 1:1 coaching. A dedicated platform enables leaders and stakeholders to track progress with absolute clarity, gathering participant ratings and feedback, evaluating ScaleUp Specialists, and tracking business goals over time. The platform also measures performance uplift on a structured 5-point scale across 15 leadership components, identified in partnership with Cranfield School of Management as key drivers of success. These enhancements make Horizon37’s expertise more accessible while ensuring measurable, evidence-based leadership impact.
