The Net Zero Technology Centre’s TechX Clean Energy Accelerator is a programme supporting early-stage clean energy and net-zero technology scaling businesses. Over a 14-18 week intensive period, selected companies gain access to significant grant funding (up to £50,000), expert mentoring, industry link-ups, field-trial opportunities and two years’ follow-on growth support. Established in around 2018 and backed by UK/Scottish Government investment, the programme is delivered by the Net Zero Technology Centre in Aberdeen and is focused on technologies spanning renewables, hydrogen, CCUS, digitalisation and other decarbonisation measures.
