The Pathways to Scale programme is a leadership‐and‐scale‐up initiative designed by Scottish Enterprise to equip ambitious, growth‐oriented, women‐led (or women‐founder) businesses based in Scotland with the tools, networks and financial levers needed to scale. The programme combines executive skills training (in areas such as leadership, sales, financial strategy and pitching), peer cohort engagement, investor networking, and access to a grant of up to £20,000 to support a defined growth project.
