The Scottish Enterprise Growth Investment Team (formerly Scottish Investment Bank) continues to serve as the investment arm of Scottish Enterprise, supporting businesses across Scotland with growth potential. It works in partnership with Highlands and Islands Enterprise and South of Scotland Enterprise to ensure access to capital through equity, debt, and co-investment funding.
In 2023, the Scottish Co-Investment Fund (SCF) and Scottish Venture Fund offered substantial matched funding, with deal sizes ranging from £200,000 to £10 million. The Scottish Loan Scheme now provides loan funding of £250,000 to £2 million for growth-focused businesses.
