Superpower supports scaling businesses by developing the talent pipeline, enhancing jobseekers’ skills, and helping recruiters find the right talent for short-term and project-based roles.

Its platform equips jobseekers with tailored learning, development, and placement opportunities, using a skills-based approach to identify gaps from early careers to management. AI-driven recommendations—drawing on 80 to 2,000 factors—personalise courses, mentors, and job opportunities. Users upskill via FutureLearn and Coursera, connect with mentors on Digital Boost, and explore scaleup roles, with some securing placements in up to eight businesses. On average, its 28,000 members receive 84 course recommendations and 46 masterclass suggestions.

For scaleups, Superpower streamlines hiring, delivering shortlists within 72 hours—ten times faster than traditional methods. A simple five-click process and AI-driven diagnostics ensure the right talent match, while interview scheduling and job offers are managed seamlessly. A subscription service also supports businesses in upskilling existing employees.

Built with scaleups in mind, its AI-driven platform spans all sectors, with particular strength in professional, scientific, technical, and financial industries. Insights from focus groups and research ensure it meets the evolving needs of high-growth businesses.

Superpower partners with key players in the scaleup ecosystem, including growth hubs, local authorities, London & Partners, venture capital firms, Barclays Eagle Labs, and Founders4Schools. Backed by Innovate UK funding, it has enhanced its AI capabilities, particularly for fintech. In 2024, it launched a pilot integrating work experience into Founders4Schools, enabling university ambassadors to gain hands-on scaleup experience.

To date, Superpower has worked with 317 scaleups and helped 244 candidates secure roles.
