Vistage has over 60 years of experience running confidential peer advisory groups for scaleup leaders, complemented by one-to-one executive coaching with seasoned business leaders.
Members meet monthly in select groups led by a Vistage Chair—an experienced business leader with scaleup expertise—who also provides individual mentorship and coaching. These meetings offer a trusted, non-competitive space for leaders to tackle challenges, assess opportunities, and refine strategies, enriched by insights from Vistage’s network of expert speakers and thought leaders in the UK.
Vistage members gain confidence, sharpen leadership skills, and drive business growth. With a global network of 45,000 members across 35 countries—including 1,250 in the UK and Ireland—Vistage supports 95 scaleups with insights from 134 expert speakers. Members grow 2.2 times faster than other SMEs, securing funding, restructuring teams, and executing strategies for long-term success. This year, Vistage has invested in its small business programme, recognising the unique challenges faced by this segment of the economy to build the pipeline of future scaleups. This includes developing new resources specially tailored to meet the needs of smaller businesses.
