The Scale-Up Report by Sherry Coutu was commissioned in 2014 by the Coalition Government.
The report presents evidence and recommendations on the need to focus on ‘scale-ups’, in order to secure significant growth in jobs, taxes and wealth, and the competitive advantage of Britain for generations to come.
